Mandolyn Jonasson’s battle with an autoimmune disorder led her to being an entrepreneur, founding and operating Island SodaWorks out of her Errington, Vancouver Island home. The sodas focus on seasonal, locally harvested and organic ingredients, fermented naturally and with little to no sugar. Living probiotics up the health benefits and the wildly creative flavors, like wildcrafted Nootka Rose; Skookum Tonic with plantain, yarrow, rosemary and lavender; and wild Salal and Ginger keep your tastebuds excited also.
