3 Howls – 3 Howls hails from Seattle, but the name comes from the Scottish highlands. It is inspired by a legend of a hound that howls three times before taking human souls to the underworld. 3 Howls distills hand-packaged craft spirits with a unique Northwest flavor.
BelleWood – Located on an orchard in Lynden, Wash., BelleWood uses a farm-based distilling and bottling process with many of their own ingredients grown on location at BelleWood Acres.
Copperworks – Copperworks’ four hand-built, Scottish stills produce craft spirits with the best possible flavor from premium malted barley. From the Seattle waterfront to your mouth, try these spirits on their own or as a base in cocktails.
BroVo – Launched by two women who want to be proud of what they create, Seattle-based BroVo spirits are created with plants from farmers and foragers who they are familiar with.
The Local 360 is a neighborhood restaurant that believes in whole, natural food and sustainability as a daily choice. All ingredients are collected locally from a 360-mile radius. For more information about the event or ticketing contact: reservations@local360.org
