Juicebox Green Juice

by | Sep 30, 2013

Launching in the spring of 2012 as a farmers’ market exclusive, the urban juicer Juicebox has moved from a pop-up juicery in Seattle’s La Bete restaurant to opening their own brick and mortar this fall. Specializing in organic, raw, unpasteurized, small-batch, cold-pressed juices and packaged juice cleanses, Juicebox promises that each juice is locally sources and containing more than two pounds of produce. As part of their fall menu, their token green juice is a blend of kale, spinach, romaine, cucumber, celery, lemon and apple and is every bit of green. Tart and tangy with a twinge of apple to balance in some sweetness, this juice is crisp and invigorating to get you going on your day.
