Launching in the spring of 2012 as a farmers’ market exclusive, the urban juicer Juicebox has moved from a pop-up juicery in Seattle’s La Bete restaurant to opening their own brick and mortar this fall. Specializing in organic, raw, unpasteurized, small-batch, cold-pressed juices and packaged juice cleanses, Juicebox promises that each juice is locally sources and containing more than two pounds of produce.
