Greenleaf Juice Co. Spicyleaf

by | Sep 1, 2014

Not all juices are created equal. So says Greenleaf Juice Co. in a handy, dandy and easily-accessible chart on their website that details what differentiations their juices from the pack of store juice purees and store pressed juices. Portland’s Greenleaf (now with four locations through the Rose City) juices are 100 percent USDA-certified organic, non-GMO project certified, hydraulic-pressed, never heat-treated or high-pressurized, completely raw and made within 24 hours of delivery. The juicer’s focus is on nutrition, sustainability and attainability—producing juices, cleanses and raw drinks at a healthy, tasty and affordable price. With varieties from “super green” to “veggie-packed” and “refreshers,” daily fresh pressed bottles juices are available to please your palate and your insides. Take the Spicyleaf—a blend of jalapeño, green pepper, spinach, kale, parsley, apple, cucumber and celery (they recommend you add in spirulina for an extra three quarters)—a spicy kick on a classic green smoothie, dressed to impress even the most doubtful juicers with some heat that will bring you back for more.
