Shindig 2024

Tickets are now available for the 4th annual Shindig, Walla Walla’s summer celebration. Make plans for a weekend of wine, food, music and giving, benefiting the local winemaking and agricultural community. The 2023 event raised $215,000 for youth agricultural programs and the regional wine and culinary community. Shindig is produced by the partnership of Yellowhawk Resort and Blue Mountain Community Foundation.
Individual event tickets and weekend passes are available.
Friday, Friday, August 23: Sip from more than 20 wineries on the beautiful Yellowhawk grounds, enjoy light bites, and groove to live music. The Magnum Tent will feature 14 special pours and has limited tickets.
Saturday, August 24: The Grand Gallop event is a multi-course dinner and auction to support local youth agriculture, and the wine and culinary communities. Bid on exclusive packages and dance the night away with post-dinner entertainment.

2024 Beneficiaries
- The Wine Country Culinary Institute & Farm to Fork Programs at Walla Walla Community College. The Walla Walla Community College Foundation mobilizes community generosity to provide financial assistance to WWCC students, strengthen the work and services of the college, and make strategic investments in instructional excellence at WWCC. The Shindig fund supports student access and quality facilities/equipment for WWCC’s Culinary Arts and Farm to Fork programs.
- 4-H & Future Farmers of America increase the accessibility into youth agriculture programs for kids all around the Walla Walla AVA, both in Walla Walla and Umatilla Counties
- VITAL Wines is dedicated to ensuring vineyard and winery workers are recognized, valued, and have access to healthcare and other important resources. VITAL funds go toward improving equity in access to healthcare for vineyard workers and their families.
