Elysian Brewing Presents The Great Pumpkin Weigh-Off

Join Elysian Brewing for this year’s Great Pumpkin Weigh-Off (GPWO), an official event sanctioned by The Great Pumpkin Commonwealth (GPC), where regional growers showcase their largest pumpkins in a thrilling competition! This family-friendly free event serves as the perfect lead-up to the Great Pumpkin Beer Festival (GPBF), offering a festive atmosphere for all ages that includes live music, food trucks, face painting and more pumpkin carving!
The GPWO takes place on Saturday, September 28th, from 12pm to 4pm at Elysian’s Airport Way location. The competition showcases the region’s largest pumpkins, with winners receiving a unique prize: their pumpkins will be filled with one of Elysian’s seasonal pumpkin brews, while some remaining pumpkins will be artistically carved and displayed at GPBF.
At the event, Seattle’s very own bluegrass band, Dysfunction Junction will be hitting the stage from 12-3PM, while Melton’s BBQ and Hennepin Doughnuts will be on-site serving up Elysian’s Night Owl-marinated meat and specialty Night Owl pumpkin doughnuts.
