SUMMARY:Rainier Beers 'R Day'
DESCRIPTION:It’s officially that time of year to dust off your best Rainier-themed costume\, rally the crew\, and save the date. Rainier Beer’s iconic ‘R-Day’ is returning to Georgetown on September 12th and ready to take over the neighborhood for FREE a day of fun\, community pride\, and an extra frothy helping of Mountain Fresh revelry. \nThis year’s music lineup brings fast-rising indie favorites DEHD with their unmistakable blend of post punk cool and offbeat indie charm\, joined by Seattle five piece Telehealth\, who craft an intoxicating\, innovative art rock sound built from spacey synths and sharp\, emphatic lyricism as well as Spokane psych rock trio Kadabra. Rounding out the bill is Seattle mainstay Lace Cadence\, a DJ and emcee known for bringing global influences and high energy to every set. \nAttendees can expect to sip Rainier beer from multiple on-site beer gardens or pop into one of the independent Georgetown bars that have kept the Old Seattle vibe alive for decades. 100% of the beer garden proceeds will go to benefit the Georgetown Merchants Association\, and beverage pricing will stay refreshingly reasonable—no absurd festival markups. The free-to-play arcade returns for another year of neighborhood glory\, and for 2026\, R-Day will debut a food truck garden with dedicated seating\, giving fans even more reason to sip\, sit\, and stay a while

SUMMARY:Grenache Fest
DESCRIPTION:Grenache Fest is coming to Waitsburg\, Washington\, bringing with it a focused\, celebratory spotlight on one of the world’s most important and expressive grapes. Waitsburg’s proximity to the Walla Walla Valley makes it an obvious choice as a location. Add to that the charm of an entire town block on the national historic registry and an enclave of artists and artisans\, and the event feels right at home! \nGrenache Fest was created to champion Grenache in all its forms\, from elegant and savory to bold and powerful\, while fostering authentic connections between winemakers\, the trade\, media\, and passionate consumers. The festival has quickly earned a reputation for blending serious wine conversation with an approachable\, convivial atmosphere that mirrors the spirit of the grape itself. \nThe 2026 Waitsbfurg edition will be smaller in size that previous years\, to not overwhelm this beautiful small town.
