SUMMARY:21st Annual LAWineFest
DESCRIPTION:This year\, LAWineFest proudly celebrates its 21st anniversary June 13 and 14 with an exciting move to the iconic Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The new location sets the stage for two unforgettable days of wine tasting\, discovery\, and connection in the heart of Los Angeles County. \nFor more than two decades\, the festival’s organizers have poured their heart and soul\, along with countless glasses of wine\, into creating a welcoming and memorable experience for wine enthusiasts of all levels. The move to this stunning new venue means fresh opportunities to bring people together for a dynamic weekend that blends exploration\, education\, and philanthropy in an approachable and lively atmosphere. \nHollywood glamour meets equestrian tradition at the new home of LAWineFest. Nestled on beautiful\, tree-shaded grounds bordering Griffith Park\, the Los Angeles Equestrian Center (LAEC) offers expansive open space\, natural shade\, sweeping mountain views\, and a relaxed outdoor setting ideal for wine lovers. This secluded yet centrally located destination provides a picturesque backdrop just minutes from the heart of LA. \nHome to numerous dressage\, polo\, and competition events\, and more than 500 beautiful horses\, the LAEC attracts visitors who appreciate life’s finer luxuries\, including fine wine and dining. Centrally located between the 5 and 134 Freeways\, the venue is easily accessible from Los Feliz\, Hollywood\, Beverly Hills\, Sherman Oaks\, Encino\, Pasadena\, and surrounding communities\, making it a convenient and captivating venue for LAWineFest. \nLAWineFest will also host another VIP Garden\, a lovely private tree covered area where guests can enjoy exclusive access to boutique wineries producing 2\,000 cases or less\, along with a selection of higher-end wineries showcasing new varietals. Ticket sales are limited for this special experience\, and VIPs will receive a souvenir wine glass\, tasty bites with the wine and additional relaxed seating\, plus dedicated restrooms. And it’s all for a great cause. The LAWineFest has once again partnered with the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club to raise awareness and funds\, this year becoming more important than ever to the city and its need for community. Joining as a charitable partner this year is AHEAD With Horses\, a local nonprofit devoted to improving the quality of life of disabled\, disadvantaged\, and special-needs children through equine-assisted therapy using vaulting. \n“It’s exciting to bring the LAWineFest back to central Los Angeles for 2026 and this beautiful location is perfect\,” said LAWineFest Director Scherr Lillico. “We look forward to welcoming back old and new friends from the Westside\, downtown\, and the valleys and promise a memorable opportunity to check out both California and international wines.” \nGuests can look forward to a thoughtfully curated weekend of tasting exceptional wines – plus craft brews\, ciders\, kombucha and other beverages – from local wineries to producers from across the world. Discovering new wines is balanced with many other activities\, including live music by the Unofficial Slam Band\, delicious food trucks\, boutique shopping from local LA-based small businesses\, and more. \n“We are thrilled to welcome LAWineFest to the Los Angeles Equestrian Center\,” said Jennie Nevin\, Executive Director of Business Development & Communications for LAEC. “The Center is proud to serve as a destination where culture and entertainment come together. Hosting an event of this caliber reflects our mission to create unforgettable experiences that bring the community together in the heart of Burbank and Griffith Park.” \nLAWineFest hours are 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Designated drivers\, carpooling\, rideshare services\, and public transportation are strongly encouraged. Tickets and an ever-growing list of participating wineries\, breweries\, and shops can be found at LAWineFest.com. \n\nGeneral Admission Ticket (at the gate): $100\n\nIncludes entry to the Fest\, a commemorative souvenir stemless glass to keep\, unlimited* wine and craft brew tastings\, water\, coffee\, and the overall Fest experience.\n\n\nVIP Garden Ticket (at the gate): $150\n\nProvides all that GA does\, plus tasting wines from over a dozen gem boutique wineries\, which are defined as producing less than 2\,000 cases of wine each year\, premium wineries\, along with tasty snacks\, some seating and more. As a result\, only 400 VIP All Access tickets are available per day\, so purchase early; Saturday All-Access sells out quickly. VIP Tickets benefit this year’s charities–the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club and AHEAD With Horses.\nOn Saturday only\, you also have the ability to enter the Fest one hour early (at 1 p.m.). No early entry Sunday.\n\n\nDesignated drivers are encouraged to join their friends and enjoy all the amenities of the day for only $25 (does not include any alcohol tastings).\nDetails for both onsite parking and offsite parking options with shuttle(s)\, will be announced shortly.\n\nThe legal bits: \n\nMust be 21 years of age to be on the premises. (Sorry\, no infants either – ABC rules)\nAbsolutely No Pets – Certified service animals trained to help people with disabilities only.\nWineries and Breweries reserve the right to limit consumption.\n\nTo keep up with LAWineFest news and updates\, visit the following: \n\nWebsite: www.LAWineFest.com  \nInstagram: @LAWineFest\nFacebook: www.facebook.com/LAWineFest
