Copperworks Distilling Co. is teaming up with long-time friends and fellow local craft makers, Pike Brewing Company, for a Meet the Distiller event to celebrate the newest addition to Pike’s winter cocktail menu: the Plum 75, which is a variation on the classic French 75, featuring Copperworks Plum Gin. Meet Copperworks Co-Founder and President Jason Parker and Head Distiller Thomas Paessler.
